Little Lemon is owned by four passionate individuals, Karthik, Sai, Manoj, and John, who grew up in Vijayawada and decided to pursue their dream of opening a restaurant that celebrates authentic Indian flavors.
To curate the menu, Karthik relies on age-old family recipes passed down through generations, with a deep focus on bringing out the bold and rich flavors of Indian cuisine.
Sai handles the marketing and operations of the restaurant, and has expanded the menu to include dishes from various regions of India, offering a diverse and delightful dining experience.
Manoj oversees the kitchen, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection, while John manages the overall ambiance and customer experience, making sure every guest feels welcome.
